Scholarship Eligibility and Maintenance Criteria

At QSI Zhuhai, we are dedicated to supporting talented and motivated students through our scholarship program. Scholarships are awarded selectively to ensure alignment with our mission of fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and a positive school community.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship Award

• The student must demonstrate good academic standing at their current age-based level and actively contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive social climate at school.
• The student must show clear evidence that they will benefit significantly from QSI Zhuhai’s unique educational program, including our focus on personalized learning, success orientations, and English-medium instruction.
• Families of scholarship recipients are expected to support the school community through volunteer hours, participation in school events, or other meaningful in-kind contributions (e.g., sharing skills, assisting with activities, or helping with PSG initiatives).
• All applications are reviewed holistically by the Advisory Board, which carefully evaluates each case on its individual merits to determine the best fit and allocation of limited scholarship funds.

Maintaining Scholarship Eligibility

• Students must sustain acceptable academic performance and achieve satisfactory ratings in our Success Orientations (responsibility, trustworthiness, respect, etc.).
• Recipients are expected to continue contributing positively to the school’s social climate through kindness, collaboration, and active participation in the community.
• Ongoing eligibility is reviewed regularly, and any concerns will be addressed in partnership with families to support continued success.

In all cases, the decision of the Advisory Board is final.
