Faculty and Staff

At QSI Zhuhai, we are proud to have a diverse and highly qualified team of educators dedicated to providing exceptional education to our students. Our faculty is comprised of 38 teachers and 12 paraprofessionals, 41% of whom hold graduate degrees, and many possess additional certifications. An impressive 66% have 10 or more years of experience in education. Our team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from 10 different countries and experience working in international schools, enhancing the multicultural environment of our school.

Of our total staff of 74, 53 work directly with students, ensuring personalized attention and support. As part of the QSI family, our teachers and paraprofessionals are carefully selected for their qualifications. They are all native or fluent English speakers committed to maintaining high educational standards.

QSI Zhuhai benefits from being part of a global organization that values continuity and professional growth. Many of our teachers also have experience teaching at other QSI schools worldwide, choosing to remain within the QSI network due to its supportive environment and commitment to quality education.

Our dedicated support team, including counselors and learning support teachers, works closely with students and teachers to address individual needs and promote a nurturing educational experience. This collaborative approach ensures that our students receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique learning journeys.
